What This Site Uses

This site uses the technology needed to run the site and its forms, plus Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity when you allow it:

• Hosting (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may use essential technical cookies or similar identifiers to serve the site securely and reliably.
• Form submissions (Web3Forms). When you submit the Contact or Roof Assessment form, your submission is sent to Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards it to us by email. No cookie is set for browsing the site; this only happens when you submit a form.
• Cookie preference. Your choice in the cookie notice (Accept Analytics or Necessary Only) is remembered in your browser's local storage so you aren't asked again on every visit. This isn't shared with anyone.
• Educational videos. Roofing tip videos on this site are hosted directly on our own storage and play as standard video, without a third-party video platform or its tracking.
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (only with your permission). When you select Accept Analytics, Google Analytics uses measurement cookies to help us understand aggregated website usage, such as which pages are visited, general device and browser information, and, where available, how visitors found the site. Google Tag Manager is used to manage this and any future tags, and does not track you on its own. This is off by default and only activates after you choose to accept it.
• Microsoft Clarity (only with your permission). When you select Accept Analytics, Microsoft Clarity may be used to understand how visitors interact with pages through tools such as heatmaps and session interaction recordings. Sensitive form fields (name, phone, email, address, ZIP, and message text) are configured to be masked and are not visible in these recordings. This is off by default and only activates after you choose to accept it.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for aggregated website usage and performance measurement, but only once you select Accept Analytics in the cookie notice. We do not use these tools to identify you individually, and we are not able to describe them as fully anonymous in a strict legal sense, since Google's and Microsoft's own systems process some technical data (such as IP address and device information) as part of providing the service. If you select Necessary Only, analytics storage stays off and neither tool tracks your visit.

Managing Cookies

You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the cookie notice again. Most browsers also let you clear or block cookies and local storage generally in their settings. Doing either will not affect your ability to browse the site or submit a form.
